JF Day 31, Radical change, Ujwala......

Day 31 :

2 1/2 quarts cucumber, celery, kale, basil, pear, lemon, ginger
1 quart celery, carrot, lemon, ginger ( juice bar in town)
1 1/2 quart alkaline water with green powder

I love love love the gym - you were so right Doug :-)

A month ago, I had already decided to do some work back home in India and was planning to make three trips out there this year.

Now, the big decision we took the other night - We are moving to India this year  - sometime in May/June :-)))))

I feel so calm, serene and at the same time terribly excited about the new life we are going towards in our near future......I don't even have the words, they all feel pretty banal and inadequate - just wanted to share this with you all, the rest of my words will take time to find their place within before I manage to bring them out.........

I received an e-mail today from a soul-sister, a friend of more than 25 years, who is a precious support and who lights up my path with her wisdom and total understanding all the time - her name is Ujwala, which means - bright and lustrous.........
As I don't have words tonight, I'll let her words speak for me.......thanks so much, uj, love you sis.......

"We are living what we are meant to live now. And I like where we both are. And I'm looking forward to moving forward with you, wherever and whenever that maybe, whatever form it takes, however it may happen. I do so love you, my sister of the soul.
You need India and it will resource you. Your healing and sharing of this healing needs a stage and London is not the stage. You need to return to the sun, the thunderous monsoons, the dry arid winters and surrounded by a love that is beyond family, beyond understanding: it comes from India. India is generous, so generous, if we hadn't had our roots there, we could not have bloomed outside it."

Poppy, I get goosebumps too thinking about this, which is like, umm, all the time :-) thanks xxx

Carrie, I was born and brought up in Bombay, called Mumbai now - but we'd like to move to Pune, which is a lovely town close to my home city but with a better climate......Have you been to India?? You and raw b know so much about the gods and goddesses of my country, you seem to be so immersed and understand so well the symbolic meanings of our ancient stories......

This so resonates with me. I am going to Africa and for the first time I will visit the island where my parents and I were born and walk the streets that my grandparents walked and of which I have heard so much about that I feel I am going home. India is where my ancestors came from and I know what Ujwala means. The time has come for the next shift as we reach full circle. Excitement is an understatement.

Love to all you girls. We will be sharing our journey with you.
