1 quart cucumber, celery, spinach, tomato, parsley, lemon, ginger, green powder
2 quarts celery, kale, coriander, carrot, lime, ginger, hemp oil
1/2 quart cucumber, celery, romaine, parsley, apple
2 quarts alkaline water with green powder
For the past three months, I've been doing colonics once, sometimes twice a week + I take a French herbal intestinal supplement which works very well - so I didn't feel the need for an enema even though I had bought the kit ages ago.....
Then last night, I was feeling bloated and full and finally did my first enema......
It was easy and I felt much better after. I'll definitely do it again as and when needed. But I have a colonic session tomorrow and that will be great......
Daily Supplements :
MSM capsules with lemon water
Vitalzym
Robert Young's Supergreen powder
Triphala ( Cascara doesn't suit me, find it too aggressive, my body doesn't like psyllium and bentonite shake either)
Axarola ( French herbal intestinal formula)
Biokult (probiotics recommended by my colonic therapist)
I've ordered - liquid zeolite, frozen wheatgrass shots, Pure synergy, Nature's Biotics and E3 live and I should have them all this week.
With these new supplements and my intention for the coming days, which is to up my juice intake to 4 quarts daily ( something I haven't managed to do, not even during the 10 day feast last month) - this Juice Feasting is certainly going to get high intensity, it will be interesting to find out what difference it makes to my energy and how it impacts other levels too......
Here's a scribble from my journal once more.......
there is no linear thinking, no thoughts that walk from
one point to another following a straight path.....
there are only circles, roundness and soft caresses,
i come back again and again to a place familiar
and yet unseen, inexperienced, unexplored.....
every moment tastes like dew drops in the early morning,
born anew, sincere, here and now
just this.......
night falls gently and a candle burns within,
my breath comes and goes holding hands
with gratitude.....
tomorrow who knows, the wind
might blow another way, those flowers picked
and offered with love might sigh and die,
my feet might feel lighter walking to town,
the familiar stranger who crosses my path
might suddenly smile,
who knows.........
