They have Integral Presence.
Having Integral Presence means being coherent and congruent. It implies that the mind and the body, the head and the heart, your thoughts and your feelings are in harmony and function as one unit. When you communicate, the content does not contradict your body posture, your gestures, the tonality of your voice or the energy you give out.
In other words - you have to walk your talk - to be a true Leader, you have to demonstrate all the time, and the way you talk, walk and hold your space matters enormously.
Leadership is not reserved for a few charismatic men or women. It is not about the position you hold or the job you do, however important it may be. It is not a rigid ensemble of fixed personality traits. It is not about occupying the top floors of a building or driving the best car around town. It is not a gene you are born with or something mystical and out of reach.
It is a process of observing and learning a set of practices, skills and abilities that are useful wherever you are and whatever you might be doing. Becoming a Leader means aligning "what" you do and "how" you do with "who"you are.
It means being Integrally Present with all of you, body, mind and spirit - being totally and fully present in the Here and Now.
