Health & Fitness - Day 8. 9 & 10

 

 Food and Liquids :

Day 8 : Friday

1 glass coconut water
1/2 liter water with green powder
Thai vegetable curry with steamed rice
1 liter water
goats cheese salad, with bread
1/2 liter water with green powder

I fell off the wagon on Friday, had lunch at a Thai restaurant
and dinner at a French restaurant, and my cleansing flew out
of the window!!!
I realized that if I don't have Juice nor a smoothie
in the morning, it is harder to resist temptation during the day!

White rice and bread put a stop to my cleansing, I felt so sluggish
and heavy and began yearning for something really sweet.....
The cravings came back with a force!

One week of simplicity and clean food, less food, more energy
and then it takes a whole weekend to recover from rice and bread.....

Oh well.......

  

Day 9 - Saturday
1 liter water with lemon juice
1 liter Juice - celery, carrot, orange
1 plate of Fruit - strawberries, blackberries, blueberries
some Figs with a little goats cheese 
1 glass coconut water
1/2 liter water with green powder
1 bowl of tomato and basil soup
1 cup green tea


 

 Day 10 - Sunday

1 glass of coconut water
1 glass Green smoothie - bananas, spinach, almond milk
1 liter water with green powder
1 salad - avocados, greens, tomatoes, cucumber, walnuts, raisins
(this is my favorite salad, with olive oil and balsamic dressing)
1 glass coconut water

And tonight I'll be having - a bowl of vegetable soup.......


 

I'm feeling lighter today, the weekend of fruits and veggies
has got me back on track :-)

I'm off to spend the evening and night with my daughter, 
Saatchi, she is 18 now and has her own studio flat in London.....
Where did time fly - when did she grow enough to live on her own???
It is going to be Mother Daughter time, so special, so precious :-)
