Health & Fitness - Day 11 & 12



Food & Liquids :

Day 11 :

1 liter Juice - celery spinach, apple, lime
1 liter water with green powder
1 big salad - greens, tomatoes, avocado, sprouts
1 glass coconut water
1/2 liter water with 
1 glass blueberry and almond smoothie
1 bowl lentil and vegetable soup
1 liter water with green powder



Day 12 :

1 liter water with lemon juice
1 glass green smoothie
1 plate of raw zucchini pasta and cherry tomatoes
with homemade raw pesto ( basil/parsley/pine nuts
lemon juice/garlic/sea salt)
1 cup of detox tea
1 liter water with green powder
1 liter of Juice - celery, cucumber, carrots, kale, lemon, ginger
1 cup green mint tea




I've been all raw vegan today, gearing up for the liquid feast
that I will begin on the 14th, joining my friend HippieMom
who is a real source of inspiration and a constant support to me....
An amazing woman who radiates love and positive energy as easily
as she breathes......It will be fun to do this together with her :-)

I had a colonic on Monday and released a lot of bile and yeast,
I know my body is responding to this cleanse and it makes me
feel very motivated to continue....
Richard, my trainer at the fitness studio really pushed me hard
this morning - i dread waking up with sore muscles all over
tomorrow, and yet it felt so good and I was flying high after!!!!
