Dr Robert Young, for bringing me understanding about the terrain, helping me to create harmony and balance in my environment, and teaching me to care.....

David and Katrina Rainoshek, for pouring knowledge of Juicing and Fun Feasting all over me, drenching me in a flow of utterly delicious new world tastes and to top it all, giving me support and love on the way......

Courtney Pool, for sharing generously and sincerely her own journey to inspire and motivate mine.....

And most of all to the one -  who showed the Queen pictures of how me and the other cells were suffering and thus triggered the change.......

She is gentle, compassionate and also kicks ass when needed.
