Free from even the idea of Freedom??

Green juice remains a friend fidele.
Nuts, seeds, loads of greens......
Some cooked, even fish and eggs occasionally,
legumes and beans.....
I hold lightly this path, no concepts or "ways to be"
embracing whatever unfolds is the key......
46 in two months and changing careers.
A new passion, new path, new work,
moving on, letting go of old fears......
Meeting people at the point they are,
leading them gently to where they want to be.
"A Healthy Plate" launches in a few weeks......
Now in food creating,
food styling and food photography,
I am focused, involved and totally crazy about!!!!

and things I love to do,
