A note of thanks to my brother.......

My time of the month again, and pain pain pain, same old same old, some things are simply going to take longer to enter the new world......
And yet, right now, right here - a gift bestowed that makes me smile and the pain fades, a little and then a little more......

I'm listening to my brother's music, he recorded the first draft of his new album, its beautiful, real groovy and very graciously puts this pain away into the background where it loses its hold on me.....bringing forward a fountain of champagne like bubbles, lifting me high, high, higher......

I feel lighter, freer and so grateful once again......

I love the sound of the flute, it empties me out of what is not essential and fills me up with flow......

For every barrier, every obstacle, every ache and every pain, there is also something that can dissolve the knot, something that can soothe and ease, something that can melt the block and gently heal......
Two sides of the same coin, a question of finding out what works for each one of us in our own situations......
There is always a key somewhere that opens a closed door and lets the light in to brighten our lives and make us glow.......

Thanks bro, you seriously rock :-)

Lovely Neeta,

Sending you loving, healing energies to blow away the pain of each individual cramp that rocks your body.

I miss you and boy, do I miss JFing with ya - what a lovely adventure that was! With hindisght now, I realise how important your comments, blogging and support was to me, thank you so much for that!

Music is such a wonderful healing tool, I find myself becoming more and more attuned to sound as the layers unravel. Do you feel that too? Nice that you have that in the family.

So wonderful to hear about your adventures in India. I feel you have the understanding to affect great change in others, you just radiate love, caring and an open heart. Your family is very lucky to have you there sharing with them.

How long are you in London for? Can I expect a visit from you and Trevor at the opening of SAF?

Sending you loveliness,

Poppy xx

Ah Poppy, you are such a sweetheart, really touched me with your love filled words.....and brought me one more step closer to a pain free world :-)

I'm leaving on the 2nd April for Paris and then flying out to India from there on the 5th, so I'm not here for the SAF opening, would have so loved to come.....

Hey, I'm going with Trevor to the "Vitality show" on Sunday, Suki is working at Aviva Water for the day, I want to go say hello to her.....how about meeting up there if you can, or someplace else on Sunday?
Would love to see you......

Tendresse et Bises,

Neeta

Neeta,
Unfortunately I am working non-stop at Saf this weekend, so Sunday is out.
If you are available Tuesday night for the weekly Inspiral soirées - it would be lovely to meet you then? Otherwise, it will have to be another sunny day in India, Paris or London!
With Love,
Poppy x

Neeta honey
I am so sorry you are still suffering so much with your cycle. There is an osteopath who practices in Knightsbridge, he uses viseral osteopathy to balance ones cycle & it has a profoundly healing effect, its very quick easy & non invasive & it leaves one pain free .. it sounds bizarre but it worked for me & many others.
He's Frederic Roscop Telephone: 020 7581 2639.
Your blog is such a rewarding read such deep gracious insights, thank you
peace to you
xxkate

Poppy, I think it probably will be one sunny day in India, please feel welcome to come visit me there anytime you can, alone or with David.....
Feeling good but so tired and low in energy that I've decided to be kind to myself and just stay home this weekend, so give Suki a big kiss from me when you see her on Tuesday.....

Kate, thanks so much for the info, unfortunately I am not going to be able to see him this time as for the next two days it is a whirlwind before I leave on Wednesday....
You've been a source of constant support and grace for me, I'm going to miss you......

Much love to both of you and hugs xxx

hello neeta love,
so true....this life keeps offering us opportunities to work through stuff - each day a slightly different version, another way to engage and explore. what works today might work tomorrow, or might not! the sri of shakti is a capricious energy indeed....
love to you as you permeate international boundaries without, and metaphysical boundaries within. thanks for your love notes along the way!
xx carrie

Beautiful, as always. . .no matter what the subject or current undertone of emotion is. . . your words are like the champagne bubbles you describe. . . little bursts and waves of amazing perfection.
Thank you for your beyond words energy. . . swirling through all of us lucky enough to have found you!
