India Journal - 1

I've been in India since the first week of February now,
in a small town called Coonoor, located in the mountain
range Nilgiris - in the South India.......

Green lush tea estates everywhere, fresh unpolluted mountain air,
groves of eucalyptus trees - I'm addicted to the perfume of these
trees now......this Green everywhere is nourishment for my soul,
I truly and sincerely believe that it is healing me......along with
the smiling beautiful faces all around :-)

I will be staying here for another couple of months - doing my
Yoga and Pranayama every morning, I'm breathing better than ever
before.......I dance everyday too for at least half an hour - I walk
a lot, and a friend zips me around on his motorbike, taking me to
gorgeous out of the world places in these mountains......
I am deeply grateful, happy and very very well here :-)
I don't look sick at all, in fact I look great, I feel great, I eat great
food and I am living every moment, every day to the full!!!!
